MyBlogLog -- Now with more Flair

Hello MyBlogLog-ians,

We've been making some really cool updates to MyBlogLog, including one that could make you money, and decided it was time to share them with you.

Multiple Blogs? No problem!

Our most requested update has been fulfilled. Multiple blogs can now be managed with a single MyBlogLog account. To add another blog to your account, simply visit the "Settings" link when logged in and click "Add a New Blog to My Account." Follow the simple steps from there to begin tracking your other blogs. If you're already tracking multiple blogs, give us a shout at info@mybloglog.com and we'll get you sorted.

Outgoing links = Incoming cash!

Now, you can make money with MyBlogLog. We have started an affiliate program and it is just as simple and easy to use as the rest of our service. Just log in to MyBlogLog and go to the "Affiliates" link in the navigation bar in the upper right, enter your PayPal account linked email address and you have joined the affiliate program. Then put a MyBlogLog button on your site or pepper the web with links to MyBlogLog that contain your affiliate reference id (instructions appear on the page after you enter an email address) and rake in the dough. We pay you 10% of a person's initial payment if they sign up within 30 days. We pay out once a month and pay everyone whose account has a balance of at least $25.00. Enjoy.

We've also built a web service API so you can integrate MyBlogLog sign-up into your own applications. You can even include your affiliate referrer id in the automatic sign-up and make money if they pay for the service.

TypePad users read this!

If you registered for MyBlogLog but couldn't figure out how to integrate the javascript with your TypePad-hosted blog, let us point you in the right direction. They've posted a handy how-to at http://help.typepad.com/typelists/tips.html#additional_uses_for_link_typelists which should get you squared away. Like displaying your Top 5 Links box on your website? Don't like the colors very much? Well now you can change them! On the Blog Stats page use our handy color picker to customize the look of your public stats and copy the new code into your blog.
