Actually, didn't need the crappy Belkin utility after all. Default IP was 192.168.2.254, not 192.168.2.1. Found the web interface.

Trying to reconfigure this damn Belkin F5D7130. It's old, but shame on Belkin for making it so hard. No web interface. Can't find CD.
