@julianhopkins I used to use Lightning. I've since stopped. My cals sync to iCal and my Blackberry (Google Calendar manages subscriptions).

An Argument Against Amazon Prime
As usual, Amazon is pushing its Prime service these days, offering a free monthlong trial. On the surface, it seems like a reasonable offer for heavy customers: pay $79 and you get free two-day shipping with no minimum order amount and overnight shipping...

There can still be subscriptions but ala carte news reading through a clearinghouse seems more sensible than one at a time per pub online.
