Strange how gymnastics in the morning are so enlivening and that before I'm always having to overcome my inner resistance: born to be lazy?

watching 8/18/08 Olympics on TiVo after dance camp. Finally time to catch up on the gymnastics, diving, T&F, and closing ceremony. :-)

sitting in the parent's lounge at daughter's gymnastics. Parents bug me. Why do they talk in high voices and say "we know better, don't we"

@thesmartmama Yep, she went from riding to gymnastics, then vaulting. She would do it every day if she could...

@GatesofMemphis I just wonder if she'd assume the same thing if it were white suburbanite kids doing gymnastics for cash.
