@maxticket I just want a good keyboard. G1 is the only one I've liked thus far. Cliq is OKAY, but way offcenter.

Upated my G1 to @cyanogen 4.2.6 and its running well. I don't like the new text message icon tho... looks too much like the email one.

2 days with iPhone. Miles better than 1st 2 with G1. Effortlessly have almost everything I need on here with room to spare

@doctorow I switched to the iPhone after a year of those minor irritants. Loved my G1 but not so much the OS

@mjgraves Yes, that is a tough one. Might want to consider a used G1 to hold you over. They are not that much different than the newer fones

@apoapostolov No, it's not hard to replicate & is perfect for single hand use. It's better than the trackball on G1 if it has acceleration.
