I am finally the proud owner of an HDTV. This birthday just keeps getting better. Now I have to set up the TV and the FiOS HD cable box.

@KevinCTofel I love how some offices still brag they have a T1 connection. We have 20/20 FiOS and its 1/4 the price of a T1 (1.5M)!

@shellyroche Well, hopefully w/ FiOS, 4G, Wi-Max etc there will be even more competition in the future. That would solve a lot of problems.

Verizon made cancelling my DSL easy and nice. I'll miss their CS reps, but speed wins, and they can't compete w/o FiOS in my area.

@depasta Hate you right now. Been waiting for FIOS for over a year. Verizon's legal department has been holding it up for months.

My Net went down on My street, everyone who is on Verizon fios is down. I had to find a WiFi access point that is using time warner cable.
