@jkwseattle has so indoctrinated me that I was scared to put sugar in the corn pudding. Not cornbread, corn pudding. But I did, a little.

Today's lunch: Memphis Blues brisket sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans, corn bread. Wish I got the pulled pork; brisket is in sorry decline.
