AMC's need to be regulated and they need to pay appraisers full fees. If the appraiser produces shotty reports remove them from the list!
AMC's violate HVCC by giving majority of business to appraisers who do them fast and cheap! They must rotate ALL appraisers in their panel!
Email from AMC says we chose appraisers by turn time,quality & fees. They don't know turn times or quality upfront so Fees of course are #1
