Thanks for the info Eric. It takes guts to openly admit issues. Glad you were able to find the problem. It will be interesting to see how quickly big G will re-include you. I would hope that it would be right away under these circumstances.

I hope you are right about the rates coming back down. I had some clients who were not very happy with the move over the last week. I really didn't know what to tell them but will point them toward your advice.

I am absolutely for sharing info in a transparent way but I am also in favor of us following the rules of the organizations we are a member of. If we want the rules changed then we need to work to do so. Until then, we have to abide by them.

Eric - you are right on target as usual. The cause was very, very bad decision by the NAR. I am hoping that Realtor.com continues down the exact path it is on now. I don't think they should change a thing. :)
