Copy this film, distribute it, and give it away all you want - it’s 100% free and I hope you like it. Most of the people involved (including the actors and the sound designers) only know me through our e-mails and online discussions. They learned about the project entirely online and joined the team, because they love movies and wanted to contribute. An Open Source Movie? Like open source software, this film free and created using a collaboration of strangers, it’s being released with the files used for its creation and you're strongly encouraged to modify it, expand it, and use it in your own derivative works. Hi, How are you? I hope you're doing well. I don't remember where we left off in our conversations about filmmaking and a potential collaboration with Jathia's Wager. The first short film will be released in February and you can view movie stills here http: / / moviepals. org/ blog/ scifi-movie-stills-r eleased-for-open-sou rce-movie-jathias-wa ger/ : I've already written some more episodes and I was VERY serious when I said we could work together and you could shoot a continuation of the story in Malaysia. I can still do all the post production and release it to a worldwide audience. Did you ever approach your filmmaker friends with the idea? Are you still interested? Again I hope you're doing well and have been staying busy, I remember the first time I read the bio on your blog it sounded like you were so wrapped up in work, school and hobbies I was amazed you even had time to e-mail me back. If you're interested and really wanted to do this let me know and I'll jump on this idea and we'll bring it to fruition as fast as possible. Hi, I saw your comment and I checked out your site and the modeling and acting work you've done. If you could travel to the US, I would have a part in Jathia's Wager for you, but it'd probably be small and there is no way I could cover your travel expenses. Would you have the resources to shoot a short scene in Malaysia? We could provide you with a script and do the post production work (you can contribute to this too if you would like). You would need an HDV camera. I'd love to see this collaborative movie project cross country lines and become a world-wide movement. You could be the star and we could work it into the storyline. My eventual goal with this project is to launch a web series that continues the story with the help of a collaborative community of filmmakers from around the world. With the press this project has already received and the power of online distribution I'm sure this will reach a world wide audience in the millions. What do you think?
