I am disabled with RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) for several years now. It is a relatively unknown neurological condition that effects my entire sympathetic nervous system. It is chronic, progressive and incurable. In addition, I also have neuropathy, several inoperable back issues and other health problems I deal with on a daily basis.

My goals are simple: To improve my quality of life. To help others in chronic pain learn to improve theirs.

I have learned to live one day at at time. I will not let my disease control my life. I refuse to be influenced by people with negative attitudes.

My first thought in the morning is not "poor me, I hurt". It is thank you GOD for another wonderful day. I also know in my heart today is going to be better than yesterday because I am going to make it that way.
