An 18 year career at Ernst and Young as an Auditor and Director of Resources has equipped me with a real understanding of the professional and personal issues that accountants face. My skill is in enabling accountants and other professionals to tap into their own inherent resources to achieve their maximum potential. My coaching philosophy has been developed from my long experience in the profession and my belief that coaching is not necessarily about turning your personal or professional life upside down but about making the best of opportunities you already have and creating small changes that can really make a big difference to achieving your potential and maximising your success.
