The How To Become A Total Failure: 10 rules of highly unsuccessful people book was conceived by Dr. William Guillory and his publisher, Phil Davis. Bill put the structure together for the book and Phil added many stories that are used to explain the rules. The book was written with a lot of tongue-in-cheek humor, but it carries the important message that we tend to learn best from our mistakes - our failures. Ultimately, it is a book about personal transformation.
