Rick Durand is a Florida licensed real estate broker and Florida licensed mortgage broker. At the encouragement of his father, a commercial real estate services provider in the Tampa Bay area, he obtained his real estate sales associate's license while completing his bachelors degree from the University of South Florida. After obtaining a business finance degree, Mr. Durand acquired his Florida mortgage broker's license to better serve the public with their mortgage needs. As a result, Mr. Durand has capitalized on the knowledge gained of Florida lending laws and regulations, by better explaining the loan acquisition process and borrower rights to his Tampa real estate clients.
