Who Am I?

I am a 28 year old that lives outside of Washington DC. I have lived in this area for 5+ years. If you've never lived in metro DC, then I can't really describe this place. It is built for overachieving, excessive workaholics and people who love to take over an hour each way to commute to work. I have worked all over the place, from a non-profit in Dupont Circle, to being a personal trainer at Washington Sports Club, to the private sector. None ended up being my fit. But I do love the area.

I have been married for 2 and half years and my husband is my rock. We have been through a lot together (my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer just 6 months after we started dating) and continue to get stronger. I'm not sure I'd still be sane and a productive person without him. He truly makes me a better person.

I am extremely Type A. I like to plan, I like to schedule and I need to have control.
