Over the past few years I have been working (online and off) as a lifestyle coach and writer focusing on diet and fitness.
I am passionate about these things because I believe without a healthy foundation everything else you want to do in life is harder to achieve, yet with it you are ready for anything. At your best you can feel on top of the world - that has to be worth having.
So what keeps me busy?
More and more I see people who know what to do but just don't do it so I help with motivation and accountability.
And we are all time starved too - so I help with planning and priorities because it's too late to get fit and healthy after your first warning heart attack (sometimes the first warning symptom is death).
Thirdly I like to fight against all the rubbish out there in the health industry such as diet pills and cheap fitness equipment so I write about that ... and dodge the nasty messages from advertisers and product owners that result.
