Hello everyone. Well first off I am from Boston, and now reside in Iceland. I served 8 years in the Army and spent 2 of those years in Iraq and Kuwait.

I am happily married for 8 years, and have four(number five on the way) children. I work for Alcoa, but I part time as a personal trainer and give bootcamp classes. Aside from working on being an entrepreneur(Beachbody, Trumpnetwork, Herbalife and Youngliving), I am also learning Yoga, and Holistic Nutrition.
