With all of the pet food recalls and china poisoning our pets and people, I thought maybe it could be your food. I don't trust the dog food anymore since so many dogs and cats have died. The only one dog food I trust is Kibbles n Bits made by Del Monte Foods. I occasionally cook for them, like brown rice with green beans, hot dogs or hamburger and you can add more veggies to it but stay away from corn, mushrooms, and onions. I'm not sure about peas. You might want to google on peas for dogs. Also, make sure you give pet tabs (vitamins) along with the cooked food. My cousin's dachsund was sick so I told her to try Kibbles n Bits and after awhile her dachsund perked up and felt better and is healthier now.
