I'm propeller head with an interest / focus / obsession with BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and ITA (Information Technology Architecture). I can hear the yawns now. But, like Covey says some one needs to tell people they are putting the ladder up against the wrong wall. Don't bother us we're making great progress.
