I'm a 38 year old, "normal" guy that has been in the same career for the past 16 years. I'm currently looking into getting into real estate investing and spend lots of hours reading others RE related blogs, watching videos and hopefully learning from other people's mistakes. I'd love to be able to find a mentor one of these days, but in the meantime, I'll just keep finding the deals I do come across and anaylizing them to see if they actually work.

So many great deals I do come across, just don't have the disposable income right now to make them happen. :(
