Rebecca, Are you from Nova Scotia or close by the region? I have never been to see my grandfather's home in Nova Scotia or Quebec-another area he lived in before immigrating to the US. I am surprised that African honey bees could survive the cold of the Canadian artic blast! Hope all is going well and thanks for the info. dean

Is it possible to cross pollinate grape varietals to produce a subtle change in a grape characteristic like chardonnay? 3.
