I am lecturer in the Law School at the Queensland University of Technology. I teach Legal Regulation of the Internet, Intellectual Property, Media Law and Australian Federal Constitutional Law.

My research interests are the regulation of new media, copyright and freedom of expression. I am part of the QUT Law Faculty Research Program in Intellectual Property: Knowledge, Culture and Economy and the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation.

I am an active blogger and experiment with a variety of new social media.
