Patrick Ciriello is a native of New Jersey. After graduating from Montville High School, he went on to earn a B.A. in Computer Science from Drew University and an M.S. in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Patrick's initial career focus was on IT and the management thereof. Holding positions such as "Supervisor", "Consultant", and "Project Manager", he played significant roles in the development of complex systems including a recall system for a national food producer, call center applications to support patients for a national pharmaceutical firm, the design and implementation of a large campus network, and the development of an interface system providing communication to millions of doctors and patients in support of managed care health initiatives.

Recent positions have been at the executive levels of management, with a focus on security and compliance.
