Today, I veered away from my usual topic to highlight the plight of children in the Philippines. Everyday, a crime is being committed against children and it seems nothing concrete has been done to address this concern. Government authorities continue to talk about how good the economy is or how this project will benefit the country, but in essence they ignore the fact that Filipino children are being abused, killed and forced to labor regularly. I made a list on the crimes against children and I will update this everyday until something is done about it.
