I am a business/software consultant, which basically means that I work where ever the project is at that moment - it could be New York City, or Washington, D.C., San Francisco, or Brussels (All places I've worked by the way). Because of this, I travel a lot. Probably too much. Sometimes, where ever I happen to be, I'll stop by a mall. I'll sit down on a bench, and close my eyes. After absorbing the typical mall sounds for a few minutes (the same kids running & screaming, the same teenage girls giggling, the same mothers pushing their baby stroller), I briefly forget where on Earth I am... ...for that one moment in time, I am truly no where...and everywhere.
