After receiving his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Arif Ilhan moved to Chicago, IL to work for Chicago Metallic Corporation, an international manufacturing company, as a quality/manufacturing engineer. The companies he worked for as an engineer in the past include The Coca-Cola Company, Pirelli Tire Company and Teleservices Direct.

In his professional career, Arif Ilhan has successfully completed several optimization, quality systems development, lean manufacturing, capital investment justification, simulation and design projects. Looking for merging his development skills and experiences with his interest and knowledge in technology, Arif Ilhan joined Networked Concepts in September 2006 and currently serves as the Business Development Manager of the company.

He is also a part-time grad student at DePaul University working towards receiving a M.S. degree in Marketing Analysis.
