I am just a pretty simple boring guy with a wonderful wife and family. God has blessed us abundantly with wonderful kids and many blessings. I enjoy sharing about things from God's Word and about low carb weight loss and healthy living. I am in the midst of an extremely long term project to improve my health by eating low carb foods (meats, low glycemic index veggies, cheese, and lots of healthy goodness).

I believe in God, that he made everything in all of creation (including space, matter, and time). I believe he made little ol' me in His image as He loves me so much. And you too! I believe that service to God means changing ones life, and instead of "bolting God onto your life" it is more like changing everything - from direction, to what is important to you, to how and with whom you spend your time and resources, and where your treasure is. My hope is that you will choose to "Follow Him" too!
