My Body Journal is intended to be several things; a social networking site, support group, bodybuilding and training database, but first and foremost My Body Journal is intended to be a workout journal. Users can utilize several blogging features such as categorized blogs:
- Workout Routines
- Nutrition
- Recipes
- Progress Photos
- Rants
Users can quickly and efficiently blog and categorize their blogs so that other users may easily access desired topics without having to sift through long lists of old entries.
This categorization method allows you to easily chart your progress as you progress in your training. We find that it is always nice to be able to look back after all the physical changes at just how far we've come. I myself have blogged my progress for the past six years on other blogging sites, however these other sites never offered the above features. So I sought to make something that I could actually use.
