Coaching, motivation, and finding creative solutions is exciting. Helping others to reach their goals brings excitement to the extreme.

I have received my training from the Institute for Life Coaching, and the American Coaching Association (ADHD Coaching Training)-both of which are ICF accredited institutions. I am a member of the International Coaches Federation, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie course, and have received extensive training in spiritual psychology and communication.

I have previously worked in Communications- specializing in broadcasting, marketing, and print advertising.
