USA Grants INC WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Purdue University is among 21 recipients of USDA and Department of Energy biomass research and development grants.
USA Grant INC Purdue will receive up to $1 million to develop a low-cost, high-yield process for direct production of high-energy density liquid fuel from biomass.
USDA and DOE will invest up to $181.4 million over three years in the biomass research and development, pending congressional appropriation. USA Grants INC
The projects aim to address barriers to making biomass more efficient and cost-effective.
"Funding new technologies will help make biofuels competitive with fossil fuels in the commercial market," said DOE Secretary. USA Grant INC
USA Grants INC HISTORIC churches in Suffolk and Essex have been given more than £600,000 to help with urgent conservation work.
