I am a prior Marine, I got out in 2003 after low back surgery. I have been going back to school off and on since then. I enjoy giving advice about exercising, nutrition, working out, basically living a healthy lifestyle. I also like sharing healthy delicious recipes. I have a few people now I am coaching, I can do it online, through email, instant messenger, and the best part all free.
