Hello, my name is Helen and I am a fun loving 60 year old grandmother of 9 beautiful kids! I have four daughters,(hence the grandkids, ha!) two totally insane staffordshire bull terriers and a husband that sometimes functions & sometimes not, well you have to take the rough with the smooth don't you? But he's a good lad and does his best!

I love the Internet and have dabbled with a little marketing here and there, my primary interest is weightloss in all of it's guises, and I have been busy researching all the different aspects of it, i.e. yo-yo dieting, menopausal weight gain, diet related illness etc; my aim is to help people stuck on the overweight treadmill by offering quality advice and proven methods.
