G'day, I'm a counsellor by trade and one thing that really interests me is the amount of self-improvement products out there. Personally I found it hard to commit to any because I was afraid they wouldn't work for me. Well now I'm changing things by trying out and reviewing self-improvement products and of course blogging about it.
