After a decades of panic disorder I was fortunate enough to recover. Better still, I found my life's passion and work. So I earned my counseling credentials and am doing all I can to lend a hand to those having a tough time. I offer several panic attack and anxiety mentoring packages, all of which include an education and recovery eWorkbook I wrote. Would like to have you check out the blog as well. In addition to psychiatric emergency work, I do a lot of writing and speaking.
