Why thank you Yasmine. Yes, my goal is to help as many women as possible with their businesses. I discovered that so many are alone and don't even know where to begin with building a successful business. So I am anyone's sounding board or a place to go to for motivation. MyBlogLog community members: I have a change to announce to you. I'd like you to join me in a new community! Actually, it's the same community. Let me explain... Sometimes you’ve just got to take the next step, regardless of whether things are 100% ready or not. The Uncanny Broadcasting Brain Blog has moved! Our new URL: http://broadcasting-brain.com If you have currently subscribed using Feedburner, I’m hoping that your feed got switched automatically. If not, here is the new feed URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/BroadcastingBrain The “old” site (http://markdykeman.wordpress.com) has been officially renamed The Mark Dykeman Web Niche. It will continue to stay on-line and serve as an archive. Over time I will migrate certain posts to the new blog. If you’ve been reading the The Uncanny Broadcasting Brain Blog, I sincerely hope that you join me over at the new site! I’ve enjoyed interacting with everyone so far and I hope you join me at the new blog! Remember the new URL: http://broadcasting-brain.com Cheers!

I was on an beta invite with a new publishing ad network, which i would prefer to call them a command center. With over 300+ advertising network participating, Rubicon is like a Social network gathering a list of advertisers to run their service from one place. One site that allows you to run various ads from different network at one go, provides stats and demographic and also earnings breakdown which is very useful for publishers like me. Currently they are in a public beta mode which accepts new publishers and you can signup now to join this free service. http://www.etienneteo.com/2007/12/revolutionary-one-stop-publishing-ad.html

My Startup ran out of money - and I gave too much to the original investors, without insuring that they would handle all of the financing up to "X" point :( Right now, I've been working on another project, and am thinking of a pitch to get back ownership. I don't really want to go VC way until I have a team that they would trust. I work for someone else's two startups, and hopefully if that goes alright, I'll end up with a nice lump sum of cash within a year or two - and credibility to get funding - if I need it. The reason I'm exploring myspace marketing is because I just hooked up with someone that is really good at it - and I want to learn as much as possible from them :) My weakest point is SMO, and I learn from whoever has good experience. Evidently, "the MySpaceAce" has quite some experience, he is working closely with some people I trust - so we will see where he takes it!
