In a quiet corner of a dark, dusty and MRSA-ridden Casualty department in a past-its-best DGH somewhere in the UK sits a disgruntled and disillusioned nurse, tapping away at a keyboard in an effort to relieve the tensions and frustrations of life on the front line of the NHS.
Or, as my colleague so succinctly put it recently:
"Shit rolls downhill and stops at A&E".
