I have been in real estate all my life. I help run both the brokerage company (BRSI) where we put buyers and sellers together and our property management division (BPMI) where we help landlords manage and protect their assets. I am a Member of CRB and currently a CPM candidate with IREM. In 2008 I appeared on an expert panel at the Florida Association of Property Managers conference in Pensacola Florida. I also hold an active Community Association Managers license. Our Cam division presently manages over 60 homeowner and condominium associations in Gainesville and Ocala. I feel we bring a unique aspect of customer service to association management that has not been prevalent in the industry. My goal is to create an environment that empowers my agents, managers and staff to provide unparalleled success stories in real estate with the end foal of creating loyal customers for life.
