I’m a birddog gone licensed real estate agent. After years of frustration with the way the current real estate system seemed to work, I began working through ideas on how I would want to be served and helped as an investor and then it hit me: if I gave other people the very things I wanted and needed as an investor, I could help them to not only overcome beginner mistakes but make some pretty good money, all while making some bank myself.
So, now I’m a licensed Realtor and I’ve put together a system for locating and analyzing investment properties that my partner and I are building as a web application. I’m working my butt of to make it work for my investors. Land Chasers is definitely a work in progress and we’re still a small business, but we’re growing fast and with a little time, a lot more money and heck of a lot of work, we’ll be in a city near you before you know it.
