Welcome to kapgar. I am the founder, primary cynic, chairman of the board, etc., behind this red-headed stepchild of a Web site.com. I am also a proud graduate of Northern Illinois University.
This site has been in existence in some way, shape, or form since 1998 when I took my first Web design class in grad school at NIU. I never thought it would last this long, but, apparently, I like to type even if no one reads.
