I believe that health is mind, soul and body and I study them all religiously.
I am a pastor in Northern California (East Bay) who doesn't take myself very seriously. However, what I do in life is serious. I love to engage people who would agree that the church is the answer to the world AND who would say that it's part of the problem. I like to flip those coins.
Being a certified fitness coach and sports nutrition specialist, I deal a lot with people who are desiring to get healthy. 120 lighter gives me an advantage in life that i haven't had for some time.
I am also an accomplished saxophonist looking to play whenever I can. I train and coach amateur illusionists and study southern Chinese Kung Fu.
Other than loving billiards, xbox, wii and anything else you can play; I love photography, business marketing, SEO, web 2.0, Podcasting, VidCasting and a lot of other fun stuff that has done well for us through the years
