Hi everyone!

O.K. first let me tell you that I really know absolutely nothing about this MyBlogLog thing. I don't know how to use this or what to do. If anyone has me as a contact or friend or whatever, it might take me a while to actually figure out how to respond.

Second, I'm a health, fitness, & nutrition fanatic! I've been in the field for years as a trainer and participant. I love what I do and I love learning everyday about health and fitness. I also have a B.S. in Kinesiology which makes it fun to share what I know in a practical setting like my blog.
