I used mind/body connection to heal myself from chronic pain and chronic disease. I had been diagnosed with several illnesses Drs. said would worsen and was on pain killers. Now I am on no painkillers and am more healthy than I have been in over 10 years. My goal is to help others to learn how to heal from within whether it be physical or emotional pain.
