Jef Menguin is an inspirational speaker, corporate training facilitator, an executive coach, a retreat master, and a trying hard blogger. He designs and facilitates people skills programs: customer service, presentation skills, stress and time management, personal effectiveness, confidence building, teambuilding, and leadership seminars and workshops. He has conducted workshops for companies like Meralco, PNB, Omron, Continental, and governement agencies like the SSS and Department of Energy. He also conducts Appreciative Inquiry programs.

Jef has also designed corporate retreat programs. He got his first training as a retreat master during his seminary days. The first retreat program he facilitated was in 1992. Jef has facilitated retreats for church workers, students, teachers, and business people. He has been conducting seminars and retreats in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
