I have over 25 years of leadership, training, business and coaching experience. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. degree in Education, I served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

I am a business and life coach, blog & social media consultant, trainer and speaker.

In November 1992, I joined Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS in Las Vegas as a real estate salesperson and soon thereafter joined the leadership team as a sales manager, Broker Manager of a branch office of over 200 licensees. As Director of VIP Services for Prudential Americana, I facilitated the development and implementation of a leadership and team building model to support the company's business to business culture. From 2005-2009, I had the opportunity to coach over 75 top producing sales executives and teams to establish and use effective business and real estate systems.
