I am a 34 year old mom to 3 boys ages 14, 12 and 5 and have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 16 years this August. I have been dealing with depression now for almost 12 years.

Because of my own personal journey I have for the past year felt a strong urging to start an internet talk radio show to offer guidance and help for those who are looking for ways to heal their mind, body and soul no matter what the source of pain is. Heal Yourself Talk Radio was born.

HYTR has been on air since August 2006.
