I grew up in London but gave up my career and life in the rat race for a simpler, more rewarding life. I live on the beautiful coast of Cornwall in the UK and have a portfolio of projects and activities which earn a modest living.

I want to help other people to lead a simpler life, so I started my first blog, Drop Out Diaries, to share experiences and advice on how to make the life you want.
