I write therefore I am. Doesn't that sound profound? I'm a journalist/writer based in Durban, South Africa; a news-junkie who loves to travel. I like beer and pizza and taking photos - all at the same time. I've always got newspapers, magazines and books lying around and in my bag (I've got a backpack) and the TV where I work and sleep is usually on.

I love South Africa and in particular this city we locals call eThekwini. I love the warm Indian Ocean, the blue skies and the year round sunshine, but most of all I love the generous spirit of the people in this multi-cultural city.

Do do some blogs for friends/clients and they are just as important as my own. If I didn't believe in them, I wouldn't do them
