New media consultant, producer, stand up comic, and journalist reporting on the tech industry in print, radio, TV, and online. My articles and advice have appeared in more than 25 publications including eWEEK, Wired News, PC Computing, PC World, ZDTV/TechTV, and Smart Computing.
I'm also the owner of Spark Media Solutions (www.sparkmediasolutions.com), a traditional and new media custom publishing company focused on helping companies "be the voice" in their respective industry. I launched the custom publishing and new media departments for Publicis Dialog in San Francisco.
Today, you can hear me on the radio twice a week in an afternoon news segment called the "Spark Minute" (www.sparkminute.com) for the progressive talk station, The Quake (960 AM part of Clear Channel) in San Francisco. I live in San Francisco, a city I love so much I give walking tours for FOOT! Tours (www.foottours.com).
