(English abstract: My training career is varied: from psychology to web developing (currently), passing through some time studying a knowledge society doctorate and a lot of self-training on the internet. Nowadays, my principal activities are centered on web 2.0 (sometimes, also semantic web) enterprises and public administrations transition, blogging, writing a public administration related CoPs Handbook and training, online or in a blended way, web2.0-web3.0 workshops.
