I am a licensed real estate professional working for Chico Homes. HOWEVER, I have spent a lot of time in your shoes- whether you are a buyer, a seller, or somewhere in between, I know very well what it is like to be right there! I encountered my first real estate transaction at age 19, and have had the benefit (or disappointment) of working with quite a number of salespersons, brokers, and title companies since then. I understand how frustrating and confusing it is to be a consumer relying on an agent who just doesn't seem to fit your needs or expectations.

My philosophy is very simple. I treat each client with the same respect, professionalism, and integrity I would hope to find if I were the one doing the hiring. Phone calls and questions via e-mail will be returned at the earliest possible convenience.

At the end of the day, if you're not happy, I'm not happy! I will go to great lengths to accomplish your goals in a professional yet personal manner that exceeds your expectations.
